Audio and voice profiles stay on your Mac. You choose whether to send transcripts to Notion or Confluence. And please, let people know I'm in the room.

Dereck is free to use. If it helps you, a coffee supports the AI tools used to develop it, the Apple Developer Program and hosting for app downloads. Your meetings are transcribed locally on your Mac.

Feedback and diagnostic privacy
Technical diagnostics are kept locally for up to 7 days, capped at 2 MB. They contain app/macOS versions, technical settings and operation events, without recordings, transcripts, meeting titles, browser URLs or credentials.
When you send feedback, your message, optional email, optional agent analysis and any diagnostic you choose to attach are sent to Dereck's support server. A short message excerpt is also sent to the developer through Telegram; your email, diagnostic and agent analysis are not included in that notification. Server reports are retained for up to 180 days. To request deletion, email [email protected] with your feedback reference. Nothing is sent automatically.
